FairRev Upsells and bundles for Shopify, billed only on revenue we can prove we generated.

Questions

What you are charged for, what happens at your spending ceiling, what is not built, and the awkward answers we would rather give here than in a support ticket.

What am I actually charged on?

Sales this app produced. Not your store's order count, not your store's revenue. The exact test an order has to pass is published in full.

What if the app has a bad month?

Then the bill is small, and if it sold nothing the bill is zero. There is no minimum and no charge for existing.

Why is your percentage higher on a small amount?

Because the price is fixed and the revenue it covers has only just started. Just above a plan's threshold the effective percentage is at its worst. We print that column on the pricing page rather than let you find it on an invoice.

Can you put me on a more expensive plan without asking?

No. Crossing a threshold raises a prompt. It has never raised a charge.

What happens when I hit my spending ceiling?

Nothing your shoppers can see. Your offers keep running and your storefront is untouched. We lock features inside the app, such as creating new offers, until you raise the cap. Turning off a merchant's storefront over a billing question is not a thing we are willing to do.

Do refunds come off?

Yes, in proportion. Refund half an item and half of it comes off the attributed revenue it was counted in.

Will you bill me for subscription renewals?

No. If our widget turned a one off purchase into a subscription, we are paid for that first order. Month eight happens without us and charging for it would be the exact thing we built this product to argue against.

Do you use discount codes?

No. Discounts are applied by a Shopify discount function driven by a cart attribute. Nothing we create appears in the coupon field, so nothing leaks, gets shared, or turns up on orders the offer had nothing to do with.

Can I check your numbers without using your dashboard?

Yes, and you should. Every order this app touched is tagged in your Shopify admin with the offer that did it. Filter on the tag and you have our working in a system we do not control.

What if I think a charge is wrong?

Tell us which order. We will show you the event chain behind it or take the charge off.

Do you have post purchase offers?

Not in this release. When we do, here is the part that usually goes unmentioned: the one click post purchase page only appears when the shopper paid with a vaulted card processor. Instalment services, most wallets, gift cards and cash on delivery all suppress it. That is Shopify's rule, it applies to every app in the category, and it means the feature covers a fraction of your orders rather than all of them.

Do you work with Shopify Plus checkout extensions?

Checkout upsells are Plus only and are not in this release.

Will you show other brands' products in my cart for a commission?

No, and we are not going to. There is a version of this business that sells placements in your checkout to third parties. We are not building it.

Can I measure whether the app actually helped, rather than what it takes credit for?

Not yet, and this is the feature we most want to ship. The plan is an opt in holdout: a small share of visitors deliberately see no offers, and the difference tells you what the app added rather than what it can claim. It will be off by default, it will warn you plainly when your traffic is too low for the result to mean anything, and the measured number will sit beside the attributed number instead of being merged into it.

Which languages and writing directions do you support?

Right to left and left to right from the first release, with every string translatable.

Who is behind this, and who would I be contracting with?

Doment Digital FZE LLC, a Free Zone Establishment at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates, licence 4431328.01, formed in August 2026. That is the company every agreement names. FairRev is the product, not a legal person.

It is a small company and there is one person building this. We would rather you knew that before you installed something than after. The reason it exists is on the rest of this site: the billing in this category is dishonest, and it turns out that fixing it is mostly a matter of deciding to.
